RA Thesis

Alcohol Advertising: Are Our Kids Collateral or Intended Targets is an effective argument to convince the people and society to stand up and force the creation of new laws because of its use of facts, evidence, and ethos to create a sense of urgency that these laws need to made more strict in order to protect today’s youth.

  1. I like the sense of urgency you point out: that's a great appeal.

You might want to rename some of those tools, though: do you mean facts, statistics, or both? When you say "evidence," what do you mean--case studies? Be specific. And finally, ethos, is an appeal--what helps create ethos? (quotes from reliable sources, a confident tone, etc.). Try seeing what it is that creates ethos and using that as your tool; you will find the analysis ultimately easier to do by focusing on tools first, then appeals, then the purpose.
