This last week I went over to my brother’s apartment and watched the movie “ The Fourth Kind” with my brother and some of his friends. I don’t know if anyone has seen it, but I thought it was a pretty scary movie. I was convinced the whole rest of the night that aliens really do exist.
Anyway, the reason I am mentioning this movie is because some of the scary images of things that happened in the movie are stuck in my head. It had some videos of “actual footage” that were actually pretty scary, but I don’t really know if they are real. The images and ideas from this movie have been stuck in my head for some reason and I can’t stop thinking about this movie.
One image that really stands out to me is one of a woman who is apparently possessed or something by the aliens. The camera that was showing her being overcome conveniently goes fuzzy and weird when these things are happening to her. At one point they stopped the camera and showed what her face looked like and frankly it was disturbing. He eyes were popping out of her head like a push pop and she didn’t look human and her face was being sucked into the worst of her body. She totally just looked like some weird twisted up person. Her body was moving out of control. Her spine was a topsy turvy roller coaster. He whole being in general was just disgusting. You could not see every detail though, because the camera would go bad when this would happen and their were a bunch of fuzzy lines going through her and so the image was distorted making her look more like an alien or not even human. She was a n out of control animal. It was one of the creepiest looking things I have ever seen and I can not get the image of the distorted lady out of my mind. I guess I should definitely take a break from watching scary movies for a long time.
Oh my heavens! I totally watched that movie! It was sooooo scary! It seemed real, but at the same time, the fact that the real footage always happened to blur, was just too convenient. It was scary, but I still don't know if I believe in aliens. :) But I really enjoyed your post, despite the fact that it brought back those scary images! Good job! :)
ReplyDeleteI saw that movie in the theaters, and I thought it was so weird but scary at the same time! That's funny that you said it made you believe in aliens, my boyfriend said the exact same thing after we finished watching it. I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous to go to bed that night—I was afraid for when it would turn 3:30 am (or whatever the time was). Haha good job!
