By "visiting hour shenanigans" I mean the existence or very minimal supply of visiting hours within Helaman Halls. Sorry, I can see how that could go in any direction you interpret it, really.
"Class conduct" includes asking questions that a)are irrelevant and/or b)were just answered, packing up early while the professor is still teaching, cracking jokes to gain brownie points with the professor, blatantly irrelevant and not quiet talking between students when learning is going on.
Please define "visiting hour shenanigans." Likely it's a decent topic.
